Lucifer’s Margarita

Ingredients:

• 50ml blood orange gin
• 20ml lime
• 10ml honey
• Dash of Tabasco (optional)
• Chilli horns to garnish

Method:

1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the ingredients and shake for 10 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with sliced chilli horns.

Violets Kill

Ingredients:

• 40ml spiced rum
• 15ml Crème de Violette
• 25ml lime juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Egg white
• Two raspberries to garnish

Method

1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice)
2. Then shake again with ice
3. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with two raspberries.

Hallowe’en Bobby Burns

Ingredients:

• 50ml Scotch
• 25ml sweet vermouth
• 5ml Benedictine
• 2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters
• Lemon peel twist to garnish

Method:

1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the ingredients, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel twist
