Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons Scottish heather honey
- 1 teaspoon malt extract (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream
- A sprinkle of crushed Scottish shortbread, for garnish
Instruction:
- In a blender, combine the milk, ice cream, heather honey, malt extract, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed Scottish shortbread.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
