COVID-19 International Shipping – Delivery Update

We hope that you remain safe and well. We wanted to give you an update on our WeeBox subscription service during these unprecedented times.

During this global pandemic there has been a slight disruption to shipping routes and the time it takes to get goods around the world.

Rest assured that we are working in partnership with Royal Mail to ensure your WeeBoxes arrive with you safely.

You may experience a slight delay in your usual delivery times and unfortunately this is out of our control.

Royal Mail have chartered additional planes to manage their deliveries and the extra cost they charge is being covered by us here at WeeBox HQ for our valued WeeBox Clan.

We have returned to shipping in the 1st week of each month. For example, the July WeeBox shipped in the 1st week of July.

At this time, we encourage you to select the ‘tracking’ option with your order as this will give you peace of mind.

Clearly the situation is changing quickly and we will let you know about any changes to our service as soon as they occur.

What is WeeBox?

WeeBox is Scotland’s subscription box – delivered straight to your home each month brimming with Scottish gifts to make you feel proud, surprise you and give you a wee grin!  WeeBox can be a wee treat for you, or a special gift to the Scot or Scot-at-heart in your life.

A WeeBox subscription box provides you with carefully selected gifts, often exclusive and can’t be bought outside of Scotland – always curated around a fun, Scottish theme!

What can I expect to receive in my WeeBox subscription box?

Each WeeBox is filled with at least 5 or 6 traditional and iconic Scottish products showcasing the best from our network of Scottish, artisan suppliers. All worth over £50 and often exclusive to WeeBox, we guarantee they will fill you with pride, surprise you and give you a wee grin! They come packaged in Scottish newspaper (so you can have a peek at the headlines!) and are a combination of luxury, quirky and heritage items that you can wear, eat, read or display in your home … to inspire you and also the next generation you may be teaching about their Scottish roots!

Can I give WeeBox as a gift?

Oh aye!! It’s the perfect gift for anyone with Scottish connections or just a love of our bonnie Scotland!

Simply choose their gift plan from our ‘Gifting’ page and we will produce a beautiful personalised card to be included inside their WeeBox – complete with their name and your special message.

This subscription will not automatically renew, so easy to order as a one-off – the perfect, unique gift!

How does my WeeBox subscription help Scotland?

We love our bonnie Scotland here at WeeBox HQ!  WeeBox was founded in 2016 from a deep passion to share Scotland with Scots and Scots-at-heart all over the world.

How much does it cost to subscribe or give a subscription as a gift?

WeeBox subscription boxes are listed in your local currency at a monthly price at check out.  Take a peek at our ‘Subscribe’ page to view all the plans … when you subscribe for a 6 or 12 months period, the deal gets cheaper, always important for a canny Scot!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and indeed worldwide! There’s nowhere we can’t send some Scottish happiness. We have thousands of WeeBox Clan subscribers all over the world and have sent literally hundreds of thousands of WeeBoxes to every corner of the globe! If you have any queries, contact us at

Please ensure you read how to order carefully and check your confirmation email. Remember that subscription plans automatically renew and that you can cancel at anytime.

When does my WeeBox ship? Can I track my WeeBox? How do I add tracking?

Your WeeBox will ship in the 1st week of each month via Royal Mail.  It can take between 15-20 working days to land on your shores. No signature is required but it will not fit through your letterbox.

You can add ‘tracking’ for an additional £8.50 to your order (on top of your low flat rate shipping) as part of your check-out process – this is not automatically added to give you flexibility.

We recommend choosing tracking to give you peace of mind.  Your tracking number will be available via your online account once your WeeBox has shipped. You will receive an email letting you know when it is available.

To add ‘tracking’ to an existing order is easy.  Simply:

– log in to your account

– click ‘cancel’

– then click ‘re-activate’

This will allow you to add tracking and send a fresh payment request to your payment provider.  The day you do this, will be your new payment date.

Our team is unable to do this for you due to the financial approvals required.

Can I cancel my subscription service?

You may cancel your order at any time. Easy, no commitment and no tie in. Please remember that plans automatically renew and you can cancel at anytime.

This can be done via your online account or you can let our team know who can help.  If you forget to cancel and your Weebox has shipped, we ask that you return it to us for a full refund. The cost of shipping back to us is at your expense and as soon as we receive your WeeBox will we process the refund (please see below FAQ for more details)

We ask that you cancel before your next payment is due to avoid your next WeeBox shipping and certainly, before the last day of the month.  We ship all orders from the 1st of each month, so it will be impossible to stop your next WeeBox.

How Do Refunds & Returns work?

To cancel your order and receive a refund, you must inform WeeBox by email, giving us your name, address and order reference. You must return the products to WeeBox as soon as practical from notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. WeeBox has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Your refund will be immediately credited to you upon receipt of your returned WeeBox.  Please return to the mailing address on your WeeBox:

WeeBox will refund the purchase price and delivery costs using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Remember, always try to cancel before your next payment is due and certainly before the last day of the month to ensure that your WeeBox is not shipped.
