a wee minding of home every month
We hope that you remain safe and well. We wanted to give you an update on our WeeBox subscription service during these unprecedented times.
Your WeeBox shipping service just got better!
Providing the best shipping service we can to our valued subscribers, especially in these challenging times is ever more important. So as of the 1st February we are moving all WeeBoxes to a tracked service – which means better value and service.
– Competitive tracked pricing for all WeeBoxes paid for in February and shipped in March 2021
– Better service with more shipping communication
– Direct information from your local shipping agent
– Peace of mind
What happens next?
– Your February payment for your March WeeBox will have the new price applied
– The March ‘Scottish Brunch’ WeeBox will be shipped by Whistl in the first week of March
– You will receive ‘Dispatch’, ‘Out for Delivery’ and ‘Delivered’ emails from Whistl and also additional emails from your local postal service for the ‘final mile’
– Any queries about shipment can be sent directly to Whistl not to our WeeBox accounts team (details in your shipment emails)
– Your WeeBox will take approx 20 working days to land
What do you need to do now?
– Nothing at all!
– Your next February subscription will automatically renew with the new price applied.
Our delivery partners are experiencing high volumes and delays due to current international postage challenges (unprecedented Christmas backlog, Brexit, Covid measures and reduction in international flights plus the UK currently in national lockdown). Royal Mail is operating but have advised that delays should be expected. Please be reassured we are taking every precaution to ensure your WeeBox arrives safely and as quickly as possible. For example, as a goodwill gesture to our loyal WeeBox Clan we are paying all Covid shipping supplements and not passing them on as part of your postage costs.
For more information, we have included the Royal Mail International Update page here. This is updated daily by country where there may be additional issues in shipping times:
We are all in this together and thank you for your support for WeeBox and our Scottish suppliers who create your gifts – it is gratefully appreciated.

This can be done via your online account or you can let our team know who can help. If you forget to cancel and your Weebox has shipped, we ask that you return it to us for a full refund. The cost of shipping back to us is at your expense and as soon as we receive your WeeBox will we process the refund (please see below FAQ for more details)
We ask that you cancel before your next payment is due to avoid your next WeeBox shipping and certainly, before the last day of the month. We ship all orders from the 1st of each month, so it will be impossible to stop your next WeeBox.
To cancel your order and receive a refund, you must inform WeeBox by email, giving us your name, address and order reference. You must return the products to WeeBox as soon as practical from notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. WeeBox has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Your refund will be immediately credited to you upon receipt of your returned WeeBox. Please return to the mailing address on your WeeBox:
c/o Mail Marketing
42 Methil Street
WeeBox will refund the purchase price and delivery costs using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Remember, always try to cancel before your next payment is due and certainly before the last day of the month to ensure that your WeeBox is not shipped.
